The Norwegian Nurses Organisation
15.11.2011
Music video and four commercials
Transform has been fortunate to work with NSF (The Norwegian Nurses Organisation.) on their profile campaign that leads to the jubilee year 2012. In addition to commercials, and a music video specially written and produced for NSF. Transform has previously produced a web-based interactive film as part of the jubilee.
more
Transform, in cooperation with NSF developed the idea for the commercials. Working nurses from across the country participated, and the recordings were made over three days at 12 different locations. The music was written for NSF and performed by Miriam Holtan who also works as a nurse. She was given the honorable task after winning an internal "Idol style” contest in the federation.
The interactive program focuses on NSF's history, informs about the profession and also informs about membership benefits. An interactive menu allows the user to familiarize themselves with the Federation, and the profession. Working with NSF's profile campaign has given us some very valuable experience, and further strengthened our belief that internal branding is an important factor to succeed externally.

Lean Learning Modules
15.11.2011
One Minute Lessons
Lean Learning Modules gives you what you need in one minute. By using film, graphics and good storytelling we are able to convey quite a lot of knowledge-based information in short time. We have tested the modules, and are amazed by their effectiveness.
more
The process of pin-pointing learning goals is the same as with longer running modules, but the way in which we convey them is more dynamic and focused – inspired by the Lean principles. Every second is geared towards learning. The Lean modules often consist of high-end film, engaging storytelling, animation, graphics and text. Each module closes with 3-5 interactive questions that focus on the most important learning goals. iPhone, iPad and of course other Android units are well suited for Lean modules. There’s no requirement for flash player, and since these units are with the user most of the time – it’s possible to achieve ”just in time” learning.

07.10.2011
Use of humour, lots of interactivity and real life scenarios a key to success
Atmel, a technology company with headquarter in San Jose, California, has recently launched three e-learning modules as a part of their values implementation process. Transform developed the modules with a mix of video, animation and exercises. The modules have been very well received and the project has been described as a great success.
more
"Initially we started the development process of the modules with another vendor, but luckily we understood that the quality we got from this vendor was simply not good enough. We decided to stop the project and rather partner with Transform. We never regretted making that choice"
A lot of interactivity, real life scenarios, great use of humor and a combination of video and animations worked out perfect for us. We received a lot of good feedback from our employees. Everyone now knows our values and understands how to use them. In the long term I believe that this program will contribute to a stronger Atmel brand and an even better reputation in the market”, says Frode Huru, Director of Corporate Marketing, Atmel Corp.

E-learning success at Choice Hotels
12.05.2010
Great evaluation results
Over a two year period Transform has developed three e-learning programs for Choice Hotels. The programs cover Fire & Safety, the Choice Club card and The Environment. The evaluation made by the Choice Hotels management show that the Transform/ Choice cooperation has been a big success!
more
The aim with the Fire & Safety program was to provide our staff with a basic introduction on how to act if a fire accident should occur. So far we have more than 3 000 unique users on the program, where 2 600 have completed all modules. 90 percent of the users state that they have a good or very good total impression of the program. This is great news, but more importantly; 88,9 percent state that they are better equipped to handle a fire situation after completing the program, says Kari-Anne Røisland, Head of Sales and Competence development, Choice Hotels.
After the Fire & Safety success, Transform developed an e-learning program to educate the staff in the Choice Club bonus card. Again the evaluation showed great results. As many as 95,2 percent of the users state that they are better equipped in taking good care of a Choice Club guest after completing the program.
Recently Choice also launched the program “Penguin – our fight for the environment”. This program focuses on how every employee can contribute to our environment. The evaluation showed just as outstanding results as the previous two programs!
It is great to see these results. We have always said that there a two main success criteria for successful e-learning. 1) The program must be great and 2) It must be implemented well. At Choice Hotels they don’t give up before they have crossed the finishing line.... or rather, they have realised that there isn’t a finishing line, says Stig Robert Larsen CEO, Transform.
