Basic training for all new leaders in DNB
When DNB asked us to develop an e-learning experience for all new leaders in DNB, we were exited to take the challenge.
DNB´s dynamic environment is characterized by high tempo and and precision. The users of this program are well educated and familiar with technology. We knew we had to create not only a program that met the high user expectations, but at the same time would be fun and inspiring to participate in.
Through 10 modules (20-30 minutes each), which deal with everything from Anti Money Laundering to personal administration, the participants are being led through the course by a host, offering all kinds of challenges, problem solving and reflections.

According to our experience, the learner satisfaction rate is proved to be high with this level of interactivity that “The leader’s role”” provides. As a central feature through the whole program, the users are constantly forced to repeat what they just have learned and reflect about dilemmas they just were exposed to. In addition to that, infographics let us demonstrate complex system in a way that is simple and easily understandable.
