Values implementation

Møller Bil is Norway's largest car dealer (Volkswagen, Audi, and Skoda).  As part of their customer satisfaction strategy they wanted to implement an e-learning program based on the company's values. It is a practical program that challenges you to use the company values in real situations.  The majority of the twelve episodes were about customer service, but there were also other isubjects, like alcohol problems, logistics, and service procedures. Møller Bil use the program in groups with a coach.
