Ethics in Statoil - Anti-Corruption learning
Anti-Corruption law and ethical dilemmas.
Statoil is an integrated technology-based international energy company primarily focusing on upstream oil and gas operations. With business in more than 40 countries, Statoil is often faced with ethical challenges. For Statoil it is important not only to make business, but how business is made.
"Ethics in Statoil - Anti-Corruption learning" is an interactive dilemma program that challenges the user in tough but realistic situations. Are we allowed to use agents? Can we invite government officials to a seminar? Should we pay "local tax" to a customs officer?
The program has been a huge success within Statoil. Practically all of Statoil's 30 000 employees have gone through it, and the response has been very good.
