"Statoil Leadership" was created for gas station managers working in Europe. The program shows how managers can better cope with all the aspects of running a lean Statoil station.
The program consists of eight different video-based training modules, each portraying a different side of station management. The program clearly shows that for handling a situation in the best possible way, decisions must be made in accordance with Statoils values.
