Choice wanted to develop a training program about the Choice Club bonus system. Many of their hotel receptionists forget to ask whether the guests have a Choice club membership, or to offer a new membership. Transform developed a five episode program that intended to increase the awareness of the bonus program, and to remind the employees to register the points after each stay.
Choice Club was filmed at the Royal Christiania hotel, and is the second program Transform has produced for Choice Hotels.
