Safety and routines for hotel employees.
Choice hotels wanted to develop an e-learning program covering fire and safety routines. The goal was to decrease the risk of fire, and make the employees better prepared to deal with a situation. The e-learning program was launched on its own portal. Routines for nightshift, false alarm, fire in a hotel room, and how to handle the guests in the case of a fire, were some of the topics the program covered. This program is generic, and relevant for all hotels.
