A six months onboarding program for new employees
DNB is Norway’s leading bank. And, to stay ahead they will always need to attract, engage, develop and retain the best people. That’s why DNB contacted the TASK alliance (Transform and K) – to establish the most inspiring and innovative onboarding program, to guide and support their new employees, from the day they sign the employment papers until six months after their first day at work.
For this, we obviously needed a strong concept. And, after five inspirational workshops, “180 days” was born.
18 blended learning modules
”180 days” consists of 18 blended learning modules, where 10 of them are short, interactive films with themes like DNB’s history , vision & values, ethics, employee benefits , corruption, CSR and much more. After each interactive film the participants go through a short quiz.
