Statoil Prodriver

Training program for all tanker drivers

Last year Prodriver was launched as a training program for all Statoil's tanker drivers. The program was a huge success and has now become mandatory for all tanker drivers working for Statoil. Rumour has it that there is but one driver left to finish it, and an ongoing witch hunt to find him... Two sparkling new episodes are to be launched in the fall of 2009.

A 30 minutes long program in which the user is faced with a robbery situation. The program covers what to do during and after a robbery.

Prodriver

A compulsory program for all tank truck drivers working for Statoil Retail Norway. The program teaches everything from routines to safety measures and routines.

Leadership training for all Statoil Europe station managers, dealing with everything from motivating the employees to daily challenges and routines.

Ethics in Statoil - Anti-Corruption learning

This program covers American and Norwegian anti-corruption law. The program has been completed by all the 30 000 employees.
