”The Transform circle” is our well-tested project model. The circle consists of ten steps, each equally important to ensure quality and achieve the desired effect.
First we obtain and analyse all relevant information. The goal of this step is to enable us to create a concept that will engage users and have the desired effect. After the concept has been approved, we outline the pedagogic structure and write the script. On the basis of the approved script we produce the content and have the result tested by a range of users. In this production phase we film and photograph on location, design the elements, and build the program.
Utilising Adobe Flash to produce our programs, we have a high level of flexibility in the production and can deliver high quality results. When it is time to implement the program, we install it on our servers or directly into the customer's LMS. We launch the program via e-mail, follow up the users, and measure the results. The resulting data contain important information and form the basis for improvement. A new circle can start.
